If for any reason you are not happy with the purchase,you can go through the below step to get the RMA number to return the merchandise.
1) Send RMA request along with the invoice # to rma@sammyshoes.com to get the RMA number.
2) RMA number must be needed for refund.
3) RMA number will be issued within 24 hours after RMA request received.
4) Any return package without RMA number will be rejected.
5) Retun merchandise must be in original packing and un-used.
6) Return merchandise subject to 15% re-stocking fee charge.
7) Customer is responsible for the ship back postage for RMA return.
